Patent Associate

We seek at least one qualified patent associate to work in all areas of our intellectual property practice including patent and trademark litigation, prosecution, licensing and client counseling. Qualified applicants will have at least two years experience in intellectual property, preferably with experience in patent drafting and prosecution. Any technical background will be considered although mechanical and electrical engineering backgrounds are preferred.
